I'm Dimas, and I believe in the power of you. There are strengths, qualities, and ideas in you that the world needs. It is my calling to help people become aware of how powerful they are and unlock their full potential so, in turn, they can inspire and connect many others to the shared vision of a bright future.
I help entrepreneurs, leaders and management teams master the art of professional relationships, creating lasting impact on their leadership, their people, and their business.
Over the past five years, I have coached, trained, and advised leaders through transformative programs. As a result, I've seen leaders overcome lifelong internal blocks and achieve remarkable progress: stronger leadership, deeper business relationships, enhanced sales performance, and improvements in their overall well-being.
My approach is no-nonsense, professional, and performance-driven, yet warm, personal, and engaged. We'll work on the inner stuff (like awareness, emotion, mindset), and the outer stuff (like influence, team dynamics, sales, deep listening, and leading powerful conversations).
Let’s get more personal
My story started in 1981. I was born in the Netherlands, where I grew up with my Dutch father, Indonesian mother, and older brother. My father often expressed how much he believed in me, which gave me confidence, for which I am grateful. When he passed away when I was 14 years old, my entire world shifted.
It taught me how short life can be, how important it is to express feelings and thoughts with loved ones, and what it means to feel alone. I also felt an inner strength growing inside me that I now call lust for life. With that in my heart, I explored the world and the people around me.
From my teen years until my late 20s, I passionately played basketball, made people dance as a DJ, ran an event agency with friends, produced art and music, and had the chance to travel a lot. I always loved learning, so I devoted much of my time to studying the things I found interesting. I went to the Art and Media Academy in Rotterdam, studied Music Industry Entrepreneurship, and followed tons of workshops and courses covering subjects within the creative, business, and entrepreneurial spheres.
After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Management, I started working in the music industry as an account executive and later as Head of Sales in an international b2b environment. I loved connecting with so many people around the world and creating business relationships, but when I became responsible for the sales force (25+ reports) and started leading teams, I knew I had found what I love doing most; supporting other people's paths in career and life.
After leading teams for nearly a decade, I chose to follow my heart and founded my coaching practice in 2021.
I deepened my expertise by studying NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and became a certified Master Practitioner. Driven by a strong commitment to professional growth, I continued with several advanced training programs in Executive Coaching.
Currently, I am completing the RETeC certification program led by Wassili Zafiris. After a year of integrating RETeC into my coaching practice, I can confidently say it has been one of the most impactful decisions since starting my business.
